Anyone who is in good standing with the TKO
can sanction his/her tournament.
All sanctioning applications must be approved
by the executive offices. Requester will be notified of his/her
acceptance as a TKO tournament promoter by telephone or mail.
All TKO-rated tournament promoters must
provide a copy of the results of his/her tournament within 14
days of the
event to Dewey Sutton for inclusion in the ratings.
If the tournament does not follow TKO rules, you must state in your brochure which rules the tournament is to be governed by.
Promoters must attend the State Finals and
help with the event.
TKO reserves the right to cancel at anytime a
TKO sanction of a tournament.
Tournament season begins January 1 and ends November 16 of each year.

I certify that the above information is correct, and that I have familiarized myself with TKO rules, and Sanctioning requirements and will assume full responsibility for their enforcement at my tournaments. I understand that I will be fined $50 for not turning in tournament results in 14 days after my event, and I also acknowledge that attendance and help at the TKO STATE FINALS is mandatory.
